چکیده

Cationic photopolymerization is amongst the greenest processes used to obtain polymers since light abundant, inexpensive and allows for rapid waste-less curing at room temperature. Moreover, in current search reduction of environmental impacts polymers, use biobased monomers one most crucial stakes. At crossroads these domains, offers best both. Hence, this review aims underlying increasing importance cationic combination with bio-based photopolymerizable monomers, describes numerous reactive species derived from bioresources that can lead innovative materials through reactions. This intends be a guide orientate academic teams industries involved reducing both toxicity towards synthesis environmentally safe materials. The recent advances on photochemical systems used, photoinitiating systems, reactivity new epoxy bio-sourced their thermomechanical properties as well applications targeted will described.
